Wash and Fold Pick-up and Delivery
For $1.25 per pound of laundry (with a $30 minimum charge)
Terms and Agreement
Small Holes or Tears - Damage from regular use and laundering (e.g. thinning fabric or worn seams) is not covered.
Color Bleeds - While we separate loads, certain garments may still bleed colors. This is a common risk in any laundering process and is not covered.
Items Left in Pockets - We do our best to check, but items missed in pockets (lip balm, pens, etc.) can cause damage and are not our responsibility.
Missed Pick-ups - Missing the agreed pick-up schedule will be charged with an additional $25 for each instance.
Residential Policy - For all residential accounts, invoices must be paid in full before laundry will be delivered.
Commercial Late Fees - Late fees for commercial accounts are applied per invoice starting the day after completion and are charged at a rate of $25.00 per day, per invoice.
Commercial Service Suspension & Holding Policy - If commercial invoices are not paid after 5 days of non-payment, services will be paused until the bill is paid in full. Additionally, all items and garments will be held by Rustik Solutions and will not be released or delivered until the outstanding balance is cleared.
You Confirm That The Clothes You Will Send For Laundering Are:
Safe and does not include any bugs, molds, or biohazardous materials.
Sanitary and does not include any feces, urine, blood, or vomit beyond traces normally found in household laundry.
Without any clumps, layers, or mats of pet fur that would require any special effort to remove
Violators will incur a $20 fee, laundry returned as is, and the account may be closed.
